Regulatory Guidelines

Service Agreement and Conditions.

Review the structured provisions, usage obligations, and operational boundaries governing the Gramolai collaborative intelligence environment.

Section 01 Last Revised: October 2026

Authorization and Workspace Access.

By enrolling an organization or entering an interactive session powered by Gramolai, user entities formally consent to strict adherence to these operational terms. Access credentials are systematically assigned to authenticated individuals and distinct organizational tenants, disallowing shared multi-party impersonation or unauthorized proxy forwarding.

Each organization administrator retains primary supervisory accountability over registered delegate accounts, API tokens, and synchronized calendar connectors. Should any anomalous access vector or token compromise arise, administrators are obligated to immediately revoke credentials through platform controls to preserve systemic security boundaries.

Tenant Verification Criteria

  • Single verified corporate email namespace per workspace partition.
  • Deterministic role-based authorization parameters enforced across meetings.
  • Immediate invalidation upon credential cessation or administrative deprovisioning.
Section 02 Runtime Architecture

Autonomous Agent Scope and Execution.

Gramolai deploys autonomous digital synthetic agents designed to attend, observe, summarize, and catalog video conference sessions upon explicit configuration. These agents function strictly as secondary computational observers. They synthesize discussion streams, aggregate task commitments, and compile structured agenda notes in accordance with pre-authorized organizational directives.

All conference attendees must be notified of autonomous agent participation via automated room ingress notifications or platform status indicators. Deploying organizations carry full affirmative responsibility for ensuring all meeting participants possess valid consent under relevant jurisdictional meeting recording guidelines.

Permissible Execution Limits

  • Agents operate purely within active designated audio and video streams.
  • No unannounced listening background routines or covert eavesdropping states.
  • Direct attendee commands to dismiss agents result in instantaneous detachment.
Section 03 Compliance Directive

Acceptable Participant Conduct and Prohibitions.

Subscribers, meeting guests, and integrated software pipelines must not harness the platform to distribute maliciously modified code, orchestrate denial-of-service transmissions, or extract raw platform model parameters through programmatic reverse engineering. Reverse compiling algorithmic logic, extraction prompts, or underlying token embeddings is strictly prohibited.

Furthermore, system resources shall not be harnessed for deceptive impersonation, deepfake synthesis, automated hostile reconnaissance, or unauthorized interception of private deliberations. Any violation establishes cause for immediate account termination without refund or computational credit remittal.

Restricted Operational Categories

  • Automated harvesting or scraping of unshared participant biometric identifiers.
  • Tampering with agent protocol signatures, watermark headers, or telemetry checks.
  • Interfering with multi-tenant cloud orchestration mechanisms and data isolation barriers.
Section 04 Ownership Framework

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Materials.

All software algorithms, user interface architectures, system logos, agent execution engines, and technical documentation underpinning Gramolai constitute proprietary assets protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property conventions. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable enterprise license solely to execute services as expressly contracted.

Client content—including live spoken discourse, presented slide materials, and synthesized meeting digests—remains the exclusive property of the subscribing organization. Gramolai claims zero proprietary equity over raw customer input or generated enterprise output datasets, operating solely as an authorized processing pipeline.

License Grant and Restrictions

  • Customer preserves total ownership rights over generated meeting summaries and transcript files.
  • Sub-licensing, redistributing, or reselling software instances without direct enterprise authorization is barred.
  • Gramolai retains full legal entitlement to all modular components, brand assets, and platform source systems.
Section 05 Service Execution

Platform Operation Boundaries.

Services are provisioned through resilient cloud infrastructures engineered for optimal stability and operational continuity. However, autonomous agents and parsing utilities interact dynamically with third-party teleconferencing backbones and network topologies outside our direct server perimeter.

All platform tools are offered on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' operational basis without express commitments regarding uninterrupted transmission speeds or flawless acoustic capture under suboptimal ambient conditions. Users are encouraged to maintain internal record archives for mission-critical enterprise proceedings.

Operational Boundaries

  • System throughput depends in part on third-party teleconference network bandwidth.
  • Scheduled architectural maintenance occurs within predetermined low-activity system windows.
  • Audit trails and export formats remain accessible throughout active tenant billing lifecycles.
Section 06 Policy Governance

Continuous Service Modifications and Updates.

As computational models evolve and international standards transform, Gramolai reserves the institutional authority to refresh, modernize, or refine these service stipulations. Revised provisions take operational effect immediately upon publication within this public directory, with the revision index highlighted at the conclusion of each segment.

Continued interaction with platform agents or administrative dashboards following posted modifications constitutes affirmative acceptance of the adjusted legal terms. Subscribing organizations choosing to dispute future terms retain full freedom to conclude subscriptions prior to subsequent billing renewals.
